Canby OR. Datsun Show. 6-10-12.
Another fine show by DATSUNS Northwest.
Weather was excellent.
Good turnout of 23 Roadsters. 11 Roadsters in the judging and 12 in the parking area.
The just finished restored white 2000 got first Place.
DROPS had a turnout of 3 roadsters from the Seattle area.
Pete Peters drove Don Anderson's roadster to increase his motivation to FINALLY have a running roadster.
The Roadster guys awarded Our Man "Shifty" an unofficial award (Most Hose Clamps) for
the "unique" heater plumbing job on His stroker.
Parts vendors were numerous and some good parts were acquired.
DROPS Member Allen Barton won 2 raffle prizes of the new Roadster Windshield and Trunk gaskets!
More pictures in the Album link.
The just finished Green 320 restoration got first truck and Best of Show!
Since I have just joined the Datsun 320 truck owners (a 63 NL320 and 64 NL320) there are lots of 320 pictures.
I made a long detour (about a 800 mile trip) to drive some of my favorite E. WA roads and got home on Monday. (The scenery pictures)
