Wheelbay Rota RB's with big caps to fit Roadster

He's advertising them - Has anyone actually tried them on the fronts? I'm thinking 16 X 7 with +12 BS and big caps

Here's the link, I'd be interested too as I always liked the RBs, but never liked the look of the Rota RBs with no caps on the front.

Don't know about the cap, but the hub center is listed at 73mm, so you will need to use a router (the best method IMHO) to help them fit over the 76 mm hub flange.
Maybe someone that has RB's can order the big caps to see if they fit.....

Mine just fit with the small caps. Yay me!
Most likely because I ran + 10 on 16x7. I think its just a few mm off for most people.

I purchased the rotas with the "big caps" and they fit great! no modifying required. mine are 15x7.

Just test fit my 15x7+12 Rota Rb wheel. These are the big caps to fit Datsun Roadsters offered on e-Bay. They came chamfered on the back side of the hub opening for clearance. Caps fit fine. Clear my 300zx calipers, YEAH!!!!! Now to buy tires, get the rx7 rear end together and have a rolling chassis.

Do they sell just the caps? I bought a set over a year ago and would love to have the caps for the front!!

My car is not put together yet. I have my sr20 and rx7 rear end installed, the drive shaft is being made, should have it next week. I purchased the 300zx brake kit from Michael, as with everything from Spriso, it is top notch. I have alot to do before mounting the body to the chassis. I have 195/50/15's on the rims, they should clear without modification.
