while this event is really for the Z folks, Bob2(Katydid) and myself along with our wives, made a drive over last year to see the Z's during the car show, and the event organizer begged us to come back this year and bring more roadster friends.

my car is in the shop and may not be ready, but Branson MO being only a thirty minute drive for me, i know that i will run up at least to see the car show that Saturday.

for you folks that live in OK, Kansas, Texas, MO or where ever, if you haven't made plans for Memorial Weekend, you would be welcomed at the event.

if enough register, there might even be a class added for the car show for our roadsters. i haven't asked about this, but i know that they want us back, and this would make it worthwile.

there are lots of great roads to cruise, great shopping and entertainment for the wife and kids, Silver Dollar City is fun too, and Bass Pro main store just a little north in Springfield.

You are getting body work on the 260Z? I thought the Roadster was in the body shop.

sorry i missed that mention of the Z in your post, as i don't consider that car mine anymore. my older son, living in South Korea and teaching english, was given that Z if he will only take it and finish it. i lost my love for that ride after buying the roadster. can't sell it untill he tells me that he doesn't want it. next year he wants to work in Japan. we might be able to run down some rare parts if i work this right.

If you do get a line on some rare parts, I have a shopping list. LOL!!
