Id say those have been cut and redone. Leave yours alone Alvin, they look great. If you are going to go racing, buy Steves 1600 race car.

Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!

The wheel wells on Dave's 67 were modified by a PO long before he got the car. According to the previous owner, the car used to be autocrossed and apparently they needed more tire room.

They did a good job on them, many people don't notice that they have been modified-- but I prefer the stock setup.

Hi guys,
Dave's car has been modified in the rear wheel well area. Very nice little mini-flares. He live about 14 miles away and has stopped by a few times. YES, I have ridden it the SR20de Blue 66 and it flies. I used to have a Big block Chevelle and his car gave me goose bumps. Very impresive! I tip my hat to Dave and Mike for the job on this car. By the way Mike, I did get the U20 in the 68 and the 69 SRL is still in the garage sitting. Bill Cole
