Tim, do you know anything about alarms and like ladders? I'll get you in. East Coast weather sucks, but the beaches are nice and good pizza.

No thanks. I grew up in Northern CA and can’t see myself going down to the darkside. :twisted: (It is two different states you know.) Also, don’t like the heat and need to be where there is noticeable change of season and where it snows.
