Solvang Southern Cal Saturday AM caravan?

Anyone driving up to Solvang early Saturday morning from Southern Cal?

Sometimes Fergus does that Ron. He usually stops at the Bowling alley in Woodland Hills and pulls out around 5am. We are doing the run Friday and meeting at the bowling alley and pulling out around noon. I will put the word out to everyone on my list and see if anyone is going up on Saturday early and will let you know.

I am covering kid-duty while the wifey is working that weekend, so am going to miss this year again.

6am at the Bowl gets you to Sovang at 7:30 (well,I tend to be on the zippy side on the open road), which is early enough to choose your own parking space... well, almost.

I look forward to another most-excellent photo slideshow, and may make bbq'd chicken and coleslaw here at home in your honor.

About 52 miles from Anahiem. Here's a link. Take 5 north to 101 North. Exit Woodlake and the Bowling parkling lot is to your right.
