Hi, My Nameis Kurt...

Post by Kurt »

and I'm a Roadsterholic. Well, I have the rogue gene anyway! Much more posting to do...

As a Roadsterholic I must shamefully admit that having owned '70 SPL 28829 since early 1989 I never did register it here. All those years and SRL envy later, luck did find me SRL 00520 in July of 2010. That's a story in itself. Silent applause for the good doctor Mike Young breathing life back into it. I promise I will register both by the end of the weekend! OK? (bargaining is a symptom of Roadsterholicism)

Only recently did I just discover where the Discussion Forum lead. Those of you who are like me, you know who you are, -your morning routine consists of SSS, coffee, check EBay, then Craigslist...and now 311s; life is good!

Hope to see you on the road or Solvang shortly!

I can stop anytime. :D It's bad when you loose count of how many you've had. I'll try to quit smoking first, much easier. Kurt, come to Solvang, group therapy is a good thing.

Welcome Kurt - my name is Tom, I don't have a problem. (don't count my posts!)
You realize that you must post pictures or the cars you claim don't exist?

Something I plan (hope) to do once we (hope again) get a good camera. I did post a pic the other day taken by a good camera. It shows my daughters and the running Roadster....you don't need a pic of my mug. Ever.

Y'all need to have a group hug in rememberance of the rest of us who are not (yet) able to make it to Solvang or Shasta. Let me get the three I have in college past this expensive :Tosser: life stage and we will make these shows.

Some of the Dairyland Datsun group went to MidOhio a couple summers ago. Our wives want to go back (surprise there!) as do the rest of us. I don't know that my Roadster, with the current engine, would be willing (able) to make that run this year. Let me finish my rebuild. We will go back to Ohio for the vintage races and the Indian Lake gathering!

Alvin, we don't think you're weird, but the bar is set pretty low around here.
