I found two items that i dont know what they are for? may not be for a Datsun.

My guess on the plate, although it doesn't look like it's for a Roadster, is that it is used on the block in place of the fuel pump if you convert to an electric pump. Hard to tell without dimensions.

don't look like roadaster parts. plate looks homemade bracket looks like is from a late model chevy.

If the plate is very small ~1.5-2" it could be a heat riser block -off plate for an air cooled VW. LOL
