Hello everyone;
I just acquired a 1965 Sports 1500 from a friend in Kansas. I drove up two weeks ago and spent some much needed time at his farm. Am I the only one that has let time slip away and had fewer opportunities to vist buddys? Anyway we had a great time catching up and working on his toys. Now to my toys; I've been working on a 59 Nash Metropolitan for my wife. This one will be a dependable cruiser with 2.3 Ford EFI automatic w/ overdrive. I've completely replaced floor pans and rockers. I'm at mocking up the engine and drivetrain then off to finish body work. The 65 1500 is about the same, will need floor pans and other rusted areas removed and fixed. Good thing I've got this floor pan welding down. My other project is a 1955 Ford Ranchwagon with all original drivetrain. That one has gotten pushed to the back burner for awhile. Great web site here. I am always greatful for the knowledge and experience on this sites. Thanks everyone and looking forward to joining a great site.
