Added PhotoAlbum

I was busy this weekend and added a PhotoAlbum hack to the forum as well. You should notice the link to it at the top of the screen right above Profile and to the left of FAQ. Some notes on Album:

You do not have to be a registered user to view.
You do have to be a registered user to upload.
You will see three areas right now:
Favorite Pictures
Event Pictures
Personal Galleries
You may enter anyone of these except other's personal galleries to upload up to ten pictures of your choice.
There are some defaults I set as I am limited when it comes to disk space. The requirements are:
1. No file shall exceed 128000 bytes
2. Image width in pixels shall not exceed 800.
3. Image height in pixels shall not exceed 600.
4. Limited to jpeg and gif files.
5. User galleries limited to 10 pictures each.
6. Pictures will not require approval to be posted. This may change if we begin having problems.

If you need to resize your photos to meet the upload requirements I recommend GraphicsWorkshop as a solution. There are other programs that will work as well.
