He's had it for sale on his website for a while now. I think he has discovered ebay now to get to a wider audience. He also has a 1970 2000 for sale on ebay although it needs some help.
I agree the blue car is stunning, but I would be surprised if it makes reserve. Still, you never know....

Mike has sold 5-10 cars on ebay over the last few years, I think he just didn't want to sell this car. Of course neither would I

It looks like the auction closed about 20 minutes ago with a high bid of $17,100, which was below the reserve.
So... I guess it didn't sell...
