Post by waikphys »

Sorry no John Stamos or Olsen twins here, but I assume more to all of your/our liking I have a few cars you may be interested to see.

First up a big congrats to anyone that has anything to do with this site, it is truly awesome and the people are more accomodating and helpful than could be believed.

I'm not quite sure how to work this, but I assume if I upload photos below you guys can see 'em!?

Anyways I've been a Datsun nut for about 10 years or so...yes honey i DO need to spend $500 on that old fluro Datsun dealers sign!!!....that sorta stuff

But anyway have a look at the photos and let me know if you want to hear a little more from little old Adelaide , South Australia

Wow! Very impressive stable of some very impressive cars! How'd you manage to get all four lined up somewhere out in public for photos, lots of friends?

Chris,

I have had this Silvia for about 8 or 9 years. A friend of mine bought it from Melbourne, when it was orange and had a sun roof, but 100% complete
Being a bit traditional about these things it had to go back to the original Silvia Gold paint and definately lose the sunroof.

By the way, the others are a 67.5 1600, a 70 2000 and a 64 1500.

Actually looking at the date stamp on the bottom of the picture, it was '99, which would make it 11 years, gee time flys!

Nice.
So do you know the other owners from your area? There are a few that post here. Aussies like to socialize I know, and the other posters are always quite helpful, especially Nissanman, though i don't know if he is near you or not.
In any case I will offer my usual advice of : have a BBQ and invite some owners over to share your beautiful collection.
Guess then you'd be throwing a shrimp on the barby, I suppose........ 8)
