Got both roadsters out on Saturday. My brother in the SPL and myself in SRL-0248. It's fun to see your roadster rolling...as I'm always filming someone else's!

Loved the still shots with just the sounds of the roadsters Alvin.

On Sunday I visited my brother and spotted this gem. My first car was an MGB:

Uggh...the jacked up rubber baby buggy bumper version. The early ones looked sooo much better!

Last Saturday, ran at the VARA British Extravaganza.. No spectators allowed, minimum crew.

Ran in the catch all enduro..

Was that a "real" Shelby? Very nice moves, sweet pass.

Love it Mike... I always watch your runs, so much fun! Car sounds great and it looks like you're really comfortable.

Excellent roadster drive today, 5-27-20, with DROPS member Dan R.
From Seattle to Vantage on the Columbia river. 320 miles
Perfect weather and warm low 80's East of the Cascades.
These emblems not Alvin approved!
But his roadster has an ugly roll bar and permanently attached hard top,
so what does he know!!

Certainly not, that's some major cheesiness, like cheese to the power infinity. The only emblems that matter are the ones you don't have, Ted. But I do Ted. I have them:

Wow, at $2.89/gallon for premium, I see that you're not experiencing the lower gas prices I've seen! Does the SR require 92 or 87?

Why would you say such a thing? Lower gas prices have been experienced nationwide. Premium was around $3.95/gallon pre-Covid.

Why would I say such a thing? Because a few weeks ago we saw sub $2.00 prices for 87. 92 premium is currently about $2.45 but it varies a lot place to place and brand to brand. Usually Shell is the more expensive, but it was there that I saw $1.99 for 87. Currently 87 is around $1.99-2.19, with the expected .20-.30 per gallon for 92. And Washington is known to have higher prices than most states as we fund our roads with the taxes. I was happy when I got to run 87 in the Mazda 3 vs the premium for the Celica GTS. I did lose about 3mpg with the switch to the Mazda. I average 25mpg in the Datsun.
