Who was driving on A1A yesterday (3/15/18) going over the Matanzas inlet bridge south of St Augustine, Florida around 4:20 in a red roadster? Its the first one I have seen in working order other than Robert coming up from the Daytona area to see me in his roadster just after I got mine.
Who ever it was nice car!

Started the weekend early! Winery tour for the Roadster. Two local vineyards are close together and a quick 20-30 minute drive on nice windy roads.

A little more daylight and I could have added the Raylen Winery for the trifecta!

500+ mile drive to relocate my car from the Bay Area to its eventual new home in central oregon (along with some of my other cars) Just in storage for now while we sell our place in Hollister and look for our next home.

Yes Ted, I did say drive. The Subaru was on the trailer. Hell, I even towed the little trailer with the Roadster. No demerits here!

good I love your paint ! I wanted something similar but , well, I'ma a diy-er and frankly it scared me .. haha I've painted my house and spray paint , but never a car before I did mine . im glad I didn't expect myself to pull that off , because I expect too much . I'd be dissatisfied with my work . haha and then it's too late . but boy , it's sweet isn't it ..

Braved the weather and went to the local car meet on Saturday, although I had to run for cover to a near gas station after a couple hours  . Great fun!, love driving the Roadster every chance I get.

Well Mark, WELCOME to the PNW!! (eventually). 2 DROPS merits for joining us from CA.
You are committed!. Moving some of your Dozen plus vehicles without even a house yet!!. Look for the BIGGGG shop/garage.
I see you did not get one of the RARE Washington permits to move from CA, But Oregon is next best!
Your presence is required at ALL the area shows, Canby, Blue Lake, SHEDD and Shasta.
Lots of roadsters in Oregon!
Guess I better stop on the way to Solvang for a last CA visit ( and FOOD)!
Going to Monterey Car Week so may see you twice!

Ted

Good Roadster drive today. RBMann and the Turbo Teds. 3-20-18. About 150 miles.
Back roads to Index in the Cascade foothills and then the Snoqualmie Valley to Snoqualmie Falls.
Mr RBMann , who claims to be a Japanese flowering tree expert :smt005
says the purple flowering trees are Japanese PLUM and NOT CHERRY.
Damm, wrong all these years! :(

Found a nice blog entry to end the confusion on Cherry or Plum. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle ;)

Good article Adam. In my area plums outnumber cherries about 50 to 1.
