92k?
Ha I will check. I think it's 86k.

edit: 87,815 in November. Add ~32k miles since it was from Japan. Maybe a timing chain is in order soon!

I'll update my build thread with current mileage

After 2+ years (sorry Kevin) got Eliza back on road.

Distributor/registration, insurance sorted.

And off to Mulholland and the 'Snake' No traffic, no cops, open road.

Have short shift-stick that Monty gave me - LOVE IT!!!

She needs a bit more tuning, but sounded great and went quite well.

So nice to have a manual stick in my hand again - god I missed it.

Got to do quite some work to get her back to her former glory - pre- conflagration - but at least I can now DRIVE her and have a giggle.

AWESOME, AWESOME.

Woke up early and realized there would be no rain in LA today, so immediately went out to play with the new drone and get a drive in.

Nice drone work! Big Tujunga area is hardly what you think of when you mention "Los Angeles". It was a nice day for sure, a break in the rain .

Datseen, loved It! You do stuff I can only imagine. Maybe someday when I get a real computer, play with the old gopro and get some easy to use editing software, all the stuff that's in my head will show up!
My friend Damn it Bill is great for photos at Shatsa, but would love for you to do some similar drone work for some drives!

Thanks for the kind words as always. If you have a mac, imovie is really good and as easy as it gets in terms of video editing. I think it's also available for the ipad. I shoot on the iphone and the drone. So.. if you like the results thats all you really need. I'm just getting started myself with editing but ended up using final cut on mac. As for the drone footage, this was my first time out with the drone and the datsun. Definitely nerve racking tbh. I did crash the drone the first hour i had it a few weeks back.. so beware they aren't as idiot proof as they advertise.

I definitely want to take it out with the socal guys here one day soon. A few more solo rides and i think i'll be ready. Totally a different challenge than photography.

Check out this other video someone made of the datsun where his friend was flying the drone. Really good footage.

Be careful flying the drone while moving..

The end of this video was flown from my car, with a friend driving.. Oops..lol

That was the last time that one ever flew...
