New guy here. This website is pretty cool and has a ton of information, which is good for me since I have a project to work on. I have two 2000's, one is bare bones stock (The yellow one) and the other one is the project.
I've had the stock one for a few years and I've just recently acquired the project. The project was a challenge from the start. It spent about the first three months after I bought it with the State Patrol. I guess it was reported stolen at some point and was never reported recovered. All is well with it at the end of the day as I have the car back, and a clear title. The stock one has been a blast to drive, it's like driving a go-kart.
I'm not sure how I wan't to re-power the project, but it looks like there are a few options.
I have some skills, and I also have plenty of resources to help make the project a reality.

. Also was able to touch base with an old friend (actually he's still a kid!) from almost a quarter-century ago. Your two look like they have good sheet metal. I'm green with envy
