A fellow I sold my dunlop tires to turned out to be a Nissan head and invited me to an SR20/G20 meet locally. I thought it would be fun to take the roadster and also get some input on boosting/VE options since these guys are experts.
At first when I looked up the meet address it was at a place called "buckeye ranch", turns out that it was a private residence. Weather was a little over 80 degrees clear. Not much of a car show but lots of cool folks, food and pretty cool rides. A few RHD Primeras, a drag prepped car and a road race car.

I was surprised to see Scott Higashi, a Sentra/SR20 guru who instructed me my first time at Thunderhill. His SR20-powered G20 made 200rwhp!!!, and that's without a turbo.
After talking with a few folks I realized that maybe I should start "tuning" my SR!

Love the pics and the post. Just so you know, I fully support you tuning your sr20. ;)

Love the pics, still think the Roadster is the best looking vehicle there. And also support tuning the SR20 - why not!?!

Looks like fun. Too bad you're on the other side of the country - I could've towed my Roadster over with my G20. Or maybe the other way around. :?

that's all i needed to hear :D
i'm bonestock except for a set of cams. No dyno tuning, a/f or timing changes...it's a slippery slope...maybe slapping snail on would be better :P
Here is the drag-prepped car with a nifty "anti-lag" system:
