New Owner here in Berkeley, Ca

Post by JoeK »

Hello everybody, I thought I'd introduce myself. I just bought my first roadster. She's a '68 2000 and quite a blast to drive. Just in time for summer as well. I'm sure you'll hear a more than a few questions from me about various sundry items, from suspension to those pesky SU's that hang off the side of my engine.

I live in Berkeley, Ca. If you see me drivin' by in my mostly stock white 2000 with a white top, hell, flag me down for a chat. I'm looking to find out as much about my car as possible, and it seems the best place to start is from fellow owners.

Looking back through previuos posts, it looks like I just missed meeting a few of you guys on a run up to Mike Youngs place up near Clear Lake. I'll be watching for any more runs that happen locally, and am hoping to make it to Shasta.

I'll be posting a few questions in the tech section, so please check over there as well. Maybe you can tell me how well the brakes work in your car?

Looking forward to meeting many of you,
Joe
