Check with JC Taylor online. No appraisal needed unless you want over $25k coverage. I insured mine with $10k coverage, no deductible $300 CSL for $102 a year.

I insured mine through Pollman Insurance company for $7000.00, full coverage, 100/300, no deductible, unlimited miles for 189.00/yr.
There was a few rules though, can't drive it to work everyday, must have an everyday driver newer than 20'yrs old, must be in locked garage, and all drivers in household must have a clean record.

I have insurance for both my Datsuns through Hagerty Insurance www.hagerty.com - similar rules (must have a regular car, limited driving allowed, etc.). MUCH cheaper than when I had them insured through 21st Century.

Let me know what you need, I write insurance through Hagerty if you have any questions, do you have an appraisal for $7,000.

I use haggerty. Whoever you use, make sure it's an "Agreed Value" policy and not a "State Value" policy.
