Private Messaging working?

I tried to send a few PMs and they appear to be stuck in my outbox. Anyone else have this problem?

Hey Mike, I believe that PM's stay in your Outbox until the person reads them.

I think it stays in the Outbox until it's read.
So send one to Alvin, he will not read it until 11:47pm Thursday, when it will move to "Sent"
