Hi does anyone know the original 14" 2000 rolling wheel diameter?

according to Coker Tire, the outside diameter is 24.6 for the 5.60x14. The optional tire (6.45x14) is not listed on their website. The rolling diameter should be slightly smaller. Sorry that is not much help.
