Need help on offset! Buying a set of Watanabe 8 spoke 15x6's

So, I'm buying a set of new Watanabe 8 spokes.
The size is 15x6. What offset should I get?
I want to get them flush with the original fenders on my SPL311.
The guy at Watanabe is suggesting +21mm, but this seems to be based on the original set of wheels.
I need to get back to him tomorrow, so your help is appreciated!!!

That offset will probably tuck the wheel inside the fender with the correct size tire, if that is what you mean by flush.

no!
+21 will not be flush, it will be sunken in.
+6 will be flush, +10 will be safe

Alvin,
Are those offsets for both the fronts & rears? Or are they different?

+10 for both should be nice and flush
i forgot to ask if you are lowered or not
if not, then you are safe
if so, +10 may/rub the outer fender

I have +10's, and they don't rub (although the lips are rolled).
But, they are 14's, not 15's.
Me thinks with +10s the rubbing, if any, is easily solved by "minus one" on the tire profile (50s instead of 60s).
I do know +10s are hard to find... (but there is a much larger selection of profiles for 15s than there are for 14s)
Did more numbers just confuse the issue?

Not at all!
I actually ended up by going with +13.
That way I'll be safe with the normal fender and any suspension changes.
BTW, I'm buying direct from Watanabe here in Japan so any offset is possible!
The total cost was $1200 with everything (specific lug nuts, center caps, etc.)
