windshield removal on early roadster

I HAVE AN EARLY 67 THAT I NEED TO REMOVE THE WINDSHIELD AND FRAME ON. I REMOVED THE 4 BOLT SBUT THERE I SSOMETHING STILL HOLDING IT DOWN. ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

There are two 10mm nuts under the dashboard that hold the middle of the windshield frame to the body. Undo those and it should come right off with the exception of the putty sealing everything against the elements.
