It is that time of year again, the HR Fly-In at the airport, Sept 11-13. It it held by the WAAAM, a private collection of aircraft and cars that fill two 50,000 sq/ft buildings. All of the plane are airworthy and about 100 planes show up from all over the NW in conjunction with this show. Different car clubs show up for this event also and get designated parking privledges. I plan on taking the Roadster and making a day of it as it is within 5 miles of the house. Any interest in having a Datsun get together at the show? If enough of you are interested I could host a BBQ afterwards at my house. I am one hour east of Portland on I-84. Let me know.

Hi Mike.
What day were you considering for the Datsun gathering at the Fly-In?
I will pass the word to the Seattle area roadster folks.
Ted.

Oops, sorry about that. Saturday is the best day to attend. That is the day that most of the out of area planes and cars are there. There is local camping if anyone wants to do an overnight, and I have a big backyard if someone wants to pitch a tent there. My neighbor also has a B&B about $60 a night I think. I will ask him about room availability. You can PM me if you want my phone number to hammer out the details.
