Does anyone know what # offset rim I would need for the front to clear the Spriso 300ZX brake mod caliper without using a rim spacer?

Brake clearence has more to do with spoke design and the disk than offset. Any disk that clears a z32 will clear your setup. Z32 brakes usually required a mid disk. For example for Work wheels you would need to get an "A Disk" for a particular wheel to clear.
