That steering wheel is amazing!!

Nice wheel. I like the hand positioning on that wheel.
What type of sealant or oil do you like for wood?

I thin linseed oil with laquer thinner about 10-20% and wipe it on, then let sit for a week or so. Then a few brush coats of oil based polyurethane. Let dry. sand smooth with 220 grit then a final spray coat of polyurethane.
