The mirrors have been on for a while but I have not documented it with photos.

Yes Lou is pretty amazing, we spent 5 days with him including the Nationals and I am in the process of draining his brain of as much roadster knowledge as possible while he is not looking...

I got to drive five other roadsters with different suspension and motor set-ups which was really interesting and now have an idea about how I will attempt to further set up my car.

OK, it was filmed on Tuesday evening at a coin opp laundromat at Merewether, a suburb of Newcastle,NSW Australia.
Apparently the people making the commercial had lined up a Mustang but because rain was forecast he decided to pull out, one the the people working on behind the scenes remembered my car from Facebook and gave me a call.
The ad is for an upcoming Film Festival. This is not the idea for the commercial but in the passengers seat there was a manikin and while they were filming inside the laundromat she was just sitting in the car.A guy rode up behind the roadster and stopped, he spoke to the lady sitting in the car saying that he was just admiring such a beautiful old car, she ignored him so he moved up a bit further and asked her what was all this set up for but again she just ignored him, it was both funny and sad at the same time, luckily a few people went up to him to tell him that they were making a commercial.

It ended up not raining at all, it was a clear but cold 10deg C evening.
I was told that I will be sent a copy of the commercial, if this happens I will try to post it or a link to it.

This car seems to have its own social life and likes the limelight, in the paper last week and on tv soon, of course carrying on from Japanese magazines when Victor owned it.

Rob,
You may have already posted it, but I see the California plates are still on the car, with the new ones on top. Very cool.
Here in the US, you often see foreign plates with the new US plate on top, but your's is the first I've seen the other way. Good job.

The car does like the limelight. It inherited that from Victor.

Well the commercial is ready, here is a link to the 30sec version.

https://vimeo.com/69814036" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and the 60sec.

https://vimeo.com/69813612" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

you can even hear the door buzzer...

The exhaust makes it look cold because it was 10deg C.
