Finished the pass door. Polished the lock bar, lubed lock, window reg, and latch.

Maybe. I might do the rear panel.
No idea. Will go back through thread and add it up. I would guess about 30 hours. Half that taking stuff apart and putting it back together.

its quieter. Seems to pull a little stronger above 4k. Water temp seemed down about 3-4 degrees too.

Spent 2 and a half hours putting in the RH Sin City wing lever, 10 min to do the LH...

Found it Threw the 16s on it cuz the old tires were splitting down the tread
