Uh oh! Did I potentiate some diabolical spirits, or do I just know Roadster psychology?
Seriously, did you get hurt? Sorry to hear if so. I had forgotten you had this car. Man, those pics look really really good!

Why do I get the dorked up window frames? Shoulda built a race car I guess.
Old header was welded in the center. I was going to whale on it with a hammer and a block of wood, but that wouldnt be right now would it.
Glass fits much better now.
Initial fit looks good,,,some cleanup and zzzzt, zzzzt,,zzzzt.

Acquired an abandoned project/tub. Before I get carried away, thought I should test fit the tub to the frame. Looks promising.

sweeter is the fact that this body has perfectly smooth and shiny rear wheels wells,

and 1/4s. As is the boot floor, engine bay, and rockers. Interior floor will require 1 minor repair.
Panel Fitting, superficial bodywork, drill some holes for posties, and shave the engine bay. All udercoating has been removed as well. May only have 196.3 hours into this one.
David beat me to the black with green sparkley. Now I must rethink the entire scheme

Black and chrome sure is seductive,,,,,,

Damn. Nice stance. Particularly in the back... Should keep the rubber to the road! How did they finally get there?

A couple of months ago Linda's query of the early steering joint being hollow, led me on an adventure. I felt 16 again, thanks Linda. Hope this goes back together easier than it came apart.

Deburred and polished all the bits.
Needlenose in hand, all was well in the end. And yes the center section is hollow.
