I was informed it was for sale, before it was sold, and seriously thought about it as well.. It would have given me a street roadster to drive while mine went through the rebody process, made it easier to down the car and get to work. Alas, it was the wrong month when it came up, and I said no.

Really glad it wound up where it did. Seems to be bringing smiles still.

I drove this car on Mulholland and again when the differential went in. Really a great car. And I love some of the small touches that have gone into making this car fit its new life.

Great write up Alvin, and I am so happy this car wound up in the right hands!
