The Resource For All Things Datsun Roadster S211/SPL212/310/311 Datsun Sports Roadster 1959-April 1970 circa 40,000 produced https://www.311s.org/phpBB3/
Finished off the engine with a couple custom air filter assemblies Keith made. The car runs great but could really use a 3.7 or 3.9 diff. The 4.11 is making it quite the torque monster!

I finally got around to making a video of the full restoration. You can view it here:

Nice
A tech at the Datsun dealership who worked next to me had a 510 wagon & 5 kids , but he told the reason he drove it besides the economy was
They lived on a steep long Street and it with studded snows it was the only vehicle that could make it up or down even with a layer of ice under the snow & they would have to get groceries and supplies for neighbors in this times....and everyone wanted to buy it from him

My kids like riding in it as they can both ride at the same time, unlike when I used to have the Roadster.

Thank you. It took about 8 months longer then I planned but I was using my garage and then the engine work was done 6 hours away in Vegas so I had to travel. It was fun restoring it and I am really enjoying it.
