So I can make any hub
If you only want a hub like the original but with 5 lug, I can design one and send you the CAD Data. Then every local CNC shop should you build one... or better two. But they have to write a program, this could be a bit pricey
I have zero connections to any CNC shops here...

Wow love the build!!
I was looking to do a wankel in my roadster but I think I'm going to an engine that, ironically, you also own...Toyota 3G-SE BEAMS out of an IS 200.
I love the hubs.
I am also a mechanical engineer and one of the guys on my senior project was a German exchange student. If it weren't for him we would have failed....he is an excellent engineer!
What CAD program are you using for design. I would love a copy of your model as I am presently also building my own CNC (just for fun!?)
Keep up the great work!

my father was a tool and die maker and i know a little of the time it would take to machine those from a solid block of aluminum. just the material would be very pricey, and then how many hours on the lathe to turn those out?
they are really nice, and I admire your build.

@matthew:
Thanks !
You got PM
.........
The Material costs me 40EUR each - not cheap but it´s okay.
If you want a finished product you would pay 300EUR and more for a pair for a Catarham or something else
I gave the material to my firm and they build it on a CNC turning machine.
So I don´t know how long it take. But I think it was "harder" to write the programm
....
In the next time I will make some updates - be intent
