my other datsun friends are looking for 510 and 240/260/280Z VIN plates...anyone know where or who?
If any of you are making repro plates...let me know!

I think that is a good price too. I couldn't tell by the picture you posted, are they stamped with a metal punch type stamp, like original? By looking at the pictures on their website, they appear to be an ink type stamp that doesn't look right to me. But maybe that's just to illustrate them in the picture?
I may order one from them too. Thanks!

I'll try to post better pics soon. They look like good stamps to me ...they're not printed.

Thanks gokiburix,
It looks good. I actually ordered one yesterday from the same place. Mine ended up a little more at $35 + $10 shipping. It will look much nicer with a new one.
Thanks,

Interesting that someone would stamp a service block like that. Nice ID tag! The fonts are off from the original font, but the tag looks good.

Thanks for the compliments, but the credit really goes to the guy that stamped and reproduced the badge for me.
Without it, I wouldn't have been able to register the roadster in my name.
It may not be the same font as the original, but the cute lady at the AAA DMV service office (who also had a Datsun in her teens was totally adoring my car) didn't seem to care...she just checked that the two VINs were on the car.
it was a happy day!
