the chassis/frame is going to the shop for cleaning and they make an epoxy coating layer on the frame.
the body is now in the garage.

The tow point is interesting. Should also protect the oil pan.

Made a hole to put the brakebooster in position
everything fits great. Also enough space with the hood on.
The brakepedal is a 300zx Z31 automatic type. This one has a nice bend to fit smooth around the steeringaxle.
the pedal itself will be made smaller in time.

Wow! Great fabrication. I hope you really reinforce that area though as that will put a lot of load into the thin sheet metal.
Cheers

Also busy with the dashboard which is restored. (had a crack and a dent).
Putting the new clocks in and using the original other parts.
We forgot one checklight, (alternator) so there needs to be another chrome turning light to be placed with an orange color. For the highbeam checklight we also use an chrome turning light with a blue color (used from an industrial check light)
We figured the wiring out with a new fuse- and relaybox.

great looking parts, I assume it is heat resistant paint on the exhaust?
The chassis looks great too.

Yes is is heat resistant paint, but not sure if it holds....we will see
today or tomorrow i have anti corrosion products for the inner chassis frames. It was tested 3 years by the German's and was one of the best products (reasonably priced). Which could stand salt and water.
