(Referencing this thread: http://www.311s.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=21150)

On the starter end of the frame-to-starter ground wire, should that just be a ring terminal between the starter mounting bolt (and its lockwasher) and the transmission casing? Just seems like you'd need rather large ring/spade terminal in order to avoid a gap under the bolt head.

Not sure what you are referencing.

There should be a ground from the starter to the chassis - (10MM) already predrilled (OEM)

You can use whatever 'end' you choose. I use a ring, probably cos that it was how I got it.

Rear reflectors (<'70): did I measure correctly and the pitch of the studs on the back of the reflectors is really M5x0.9 (JIS fine thread)?? That seems crazy but it didn't really match up with any other thread size that well...

Rear side marker lights ('69-specific): Do they mount using the metal "clips", similar to the emblems? They just look to have two smooth studs. I ask because my car just had holes when I got it--no lights; Trying to fill out my notes here.
Not sure on the reflectors, but lots of people use small fuel line ( rc cars or weed wacker size) pushed onto the smooth studs. It works well for me and easy to remove or reuse.

I used short lengths of vacuum tube. Just get the appropriate diameter and it works a treat

surely if you turn the know clockwise, you will be able to access the relevant screw with a jewellers screwdriver!!
I loosened the silver bezel as much as I could, turned the switch (and knob) as much as I could (which wasn't much) and still couldn't get a jeweler's screwdriver in the hole enough to get a purchase on the screw.

You need a thinner tool  , or perhaps it is an allen head screw?

Ring terminal to starter, flat washer, lock washer, bolt.
I wouldnt put the terminal against the lock washer, they are soft. The locking feature will engage and cause problems when turning the bolt.

Dynaguy's list from the wiki,
http://www.311s.org/pmwiki-311/pmwiki.p ... FrameBolts
Length determined by the quantity of shims used for alignment. Should have a thread or two protruding from the threaded block.

I can confirm the front # is correct as i just recently installed them. I used the GR2 rear shocks sp npt positive on that.
Be sure to get new bushings. The ones supplied with the shocks are NOT correct.
