It looks like Alvin beat me to the post on size. 195/75/14 is a pretty wide and high profile tire for our cars on stock wheels and as noted, an inch larger in diameter than recommended.
You'll get some sidewall flex when cornering so even it is isn't touching the inner fender on the rear when parked, it could when on the road.
Is that really paint on the tire? I was hoping it was a strange reflection. Paint on the tire might give you a hint of a problem.

Based on the advice received in this thread and other discussions on this forum, I question why you decided to go with such a big tire.
If it is paint on the tire, try to get your money back from the shop that sold you the tires before these are shredded too. Good luck.
