Just for clarification here, a "strip disk" is not like a "flap disk". The latter has a bunch of pieces of sandpaper. The former is like a really stiff version of a scotch brite pad. It is very aggressive but will not dig into the metal. Believe me, some parts of my car had 1/2" thick bondo on it and I got it off pretty quickly. This obviously kicks up a ton of dust, so do it outside and share it with the neighborhood. Oh, and wear the aformentioned unobtanium mask.

I got mine at Harbor Freight too. They don't last long so no sense buying anywhere else. You can find them online a couple places cheaper but with shipping might not be less. You can get the poly carbonate disc for an angle grinder or drill. Yes the twisted wire disc and cup are good for some stuff. Unfortunately the wire wheel can also drive the rust in to metal or so the body man told me.

Wish I had known about them when I stripped the first car, they rip the stuff right off without metal damage.

Our HF & auto stores donated their supply's to hospitals
And seems to be still out ...I have a few and when I go shopping people come up asking where to get them
Earlier there were scams on masks online .that you never got ...too

I looked many of those are face shields that protect the close by not the wearer ...you want to inhale no plastic dust

Are you folks talking about K(N)95 masks? If so plenty available on eBay. Qty 50, $12 from a USA Seller.
