The unfortunate aspect of planning, is that someone can't make it. I'm in England , hopefully, but will miss JCCS and Shasta. Sucks, but schedule whatever and those that can, hopefully will. What is so nice to experience is a nascent group of cool people who enjoy our cars and each other.
Things to ponder, apart from driving as a focus, Petersen, Mullin, Nethercutt, a 'tech/wrenching' day, sushi dinner where all families can come, BBQ , bring your spare bits etc. And just be present to supporting each other.
It doesn't have to be a 'club', just people who have a common love for our wheels and enjoy each others company.
And I enjoy all of you, and would not want this to go away.
When I get back from England, late Oct, I would love to do a run to one of the local museums and then BBQ at my house.
Just lets keep it going. There is so much fun in our future.

Engine is out. Going to the rebuilders so I hope to get this back in by the next fun run.

Thanks! Yup. I decided that this tired engine needs a renewal in life for another 50 years of service. I found this place that heavily advertise their workmanship up in Sun Valley, CA so I'm going to give them a try...funny as the price had jumped from $1800 to $2700 in the past five years. Wished I pulled my engine out five years back
