I arrived in Shasta yesterday morning at 6;30 am and its lonely being the only roadster here but that will all change today as the masses arrive. I left White Rock BC Sunday, over nighted with the Thompsons $unday night, made it to Lake county to spend some time with Mike Young. Tuesday morning head for San Luis Obispo to pick up my new ride. I then headed back north on I-5 until midnight and pulled over at a rest area to catch a few zzzeds and arrived at the mountain for a breakfast at the Black Bear diner. Over 2100 kms driven to get to Shasta, my longest trip yet, although, I drove through on Monday morning heading south. Looking forward to hooking up with all ols roadster friends. This is my 25th Shasta!!!

Just got back from a walk and saw one 70 2000 white roadster at the Strawberry valley Inn. The flood of Datsuns is upon us. No cars at the Swiss holiday Lodge but their sign said vacancies!

Indeed those wheels are show stoppers (or starters)

depending on if your a glass half empty vs half full kinda person!
I just have to ask though, how about a closeup of the new wheels to compliment the one of the gas filler gromet in photo bucket? Lol

Vivid Racing. Very easy to work with and quick to respond to email questions. Order from Japan took longer than expected, approximately 16 weeks, but they kept me well informed.
pm me if you want more order detail.

Where is everybody!?!?!?

The Primer Queen has arrived!!!! Jon and I got in late tonight! We had a smooth drive up. We checked into the Travel Inn around 11 and then went out to find a drink and watch the end of the Giants game. We ended up at the trusty bar downtown and enjoyed a beer and the rest of the game. As we were leaving we saw some nice folks outside and they were hollering at us as we pulled out, so I threw a few revs at the ol 16 and the bar goers were quite happy! Lol. Anyways, we will see you all tomorrow!
