Got the skinny on a few more Racing Datsun's that are going to be there.

Bob Klemme's 67.5 roadster race car (best of show at solvang this year)
My 67.5 race car
Craig Carter's immaculate 510 BSR race car replica
My BRE 240Z replica racer.
Les Cannaday's 1200 race car.

So the race car group should be pretty impressive.

What's the parking like near the event?

I'm debating taking my roadster down (I was too late to get it into the show), if I can park it safe.

There is a parking lot right next to the event. There is a chain link fence seperating the two lots.

The main parking lot is for the queen mary hotel.

All...Unfortunately, due to a house disaster, I will be unable attend this weekend.

Yeah...where that hole is ...that used to be my refinished hardwood floors..Grrr...

Dan,
Sorry you can't attend this weekend.
Maybe you can fax or email a PDF of the entry ticket to Joaquin or Rick?
Since they missed the cutoff for registration, maybe one of them can take your spot?

Wow, what a great show. So many beautiful cars , nicely arranged in a beautiful setting. Hard to believe it is just the 2nd show from this organizer. They deserve appreciation for their efforts.
Here is a link to some awesome photos by Alvin I was made aware of:
