Your car appears much higher in the back, might really help. How much clearance do you have between the fender lip and the tire? Is it rolled?

Evan, on your last posting, the secound picture, was that before you cut the front springs. The front fender gap looks large for being only 3 1/2 inches off the ground. Or am I just confused???

Yeah, the pic with the soft top "on" is pre-cut springs, the one in the sun is the 3.5" off the gound. The rear is completely stock, i think the rear went up a little when the front went down!

are you talkin about horizontally or vertically? Yeah, i hammered the lip back a little then i used a baseball bat to roll it between the tire and fender.
Front vertically- .25"
Rear vertically- -.25"
Rear horizontally- .75"-ish

That is probably the difference, in the back, I have about 3/8" between the tire and the heavily rolled lip. When the tire moves up, it rubs high up in the fender...Wish I had another 1/4" of offset. TR

Also, have you driven your car out of a tight corner under load since you cut the springs?

I have 195 60's on 14 inch wheels...I'll have to remeasure the offset to make sure, but I am pretty sure it is ~5mm...TR

I wonder if a 185/65 tire would rub less or more with your wheel configuration, which sounds like it is the same as mine. I guess that depends on the shape/radius of the inner fender wall.
