Since It's Datsun's only, Would anyone mind giving me a ride in theirs. I don't officially own one, but I can wait til I get mine and I'd love to meet some of you from the bay area. If someone from around me is going, I could drive to you!

I wish I had seen this sooner. I have not been on this site for way too long.
I have to be in Campbell at 5:00 for an event I am hosting (no way out of this one) but I will try to show up for the pre-run activities.

Be sure to add your details when you can...as in: Member, Car, Color, Passenger?

Room for one more?

I would be driving my Silver,1970 SPL-311. I guess I'm a member since I am posting here and I will have my wife or son in the passenger's seat so no room for another this time (unless someone wants to curl up on the deck behind the seats).

Well, the weather isn't looking too great. 60% chance of rain Saturday. Keep checking back in case we have to cancel. Here is the potential crew for the day... update your info if your plans change and lets keep adding anyone who is interested (copy and paste the list to your post, then add yourself)

1. Dave_Car_Guy: 68 2000 Roadster, Red, no passenger (yet)
2. Garm: maybe
3. BikerMike: 67.5 SPL311, 666 Silver, Passenger = maybe
4. Pletch (Ken):
5. Datsunrides (Mark): 66 1600, Teal, possible passenger
6. Alvin:'67.5 SPL, Black, passenger
7. Acote (Alex): meet us at the top of Diablo
8. Gvpjared: maybe
9. Jritchie: 69 2000, Black with purple pearl, passenger
10. Eddie: '66 1600, Silver, Passenger
11. Kurt: White Roadster, no passenger
12. SPL311-29938 (Rich): Silver 1970 SPL-311, + passenger (Rich needs to leave early)
13. DatsunNewbster (Rolando): looking to be a passenger.

Rolando: Just come to the meet in your car and hope for a passenger space or drive your car with us.

Dave, I thought you guys wanted to keep it strictly a Datsun Run, that's why I wanted to be a passenger. If I don't get an OK to ride shotgun, I'll bring my car out and follow behind like an anonymous spectator, haha!

I'd really like to go, but since my roadster is no where near a driveable car at this point, I'll have to drive my e30 m3. I know you guys are trying to keep it an all roadster run. Perhaps I'll just have to say next time.

Ooh, I could make it to this, but I'm on my Kawi this week. That, and my only driveable Roadster has Hawaii plates... that are 4 years out of reg.

Anyone got a passenger seat? :)

Seriously considering this.. I could come up and spend the night in Gilroy or something..

Keep us up to date on the weather and the go or no decision..

And I would have a passenger seat..

68 1600 if that matters..

Here is the NASA weather satellite webpage:

http://www.ghcc.msfc.nasa.gov/GOES/goeswestpacuswv.html

Maybe I'm the only one that sees this, but is there an image in the latest satellite photo that implies we're about to get "screwed" by the rain clouds???

I'm laughing with Corey..

The day I bought my roadster it snowed throughout Oregon, heavily through the Siskiyou Mountains..

I think it was the first time the top had been up in years..

Row, row, row your roadster gently down the street... Who knows, perhaps the jet stream will move and all of that will blow around us.
