reminds me of the time I put my UK passport in a 'safe place'to discover two days before a trip from New York to UK, that it was clearly safe from everyone.

Total day of hassle up/downtown in NYC, then major hassle with US Embassy in London. But all resolved.

Two years later, going out to a swishy do, tux and all, it was in the breast pocket of the jacket.

Back in 2012 I stole Pebbles gas cap to use on Andy temporarily lol.

No key for Andys cap, so I am ISO a gas cap key code 5644. Would like to key this lock before the door repair. Locking feature requires repair as well :(

Found the key! Other keys on the ring fit nothing. Maybe Andys missing console and door locks? LoL
Disassembled and polished the bits. Key didnt work. Hit up the locksmith today. Magic wand waved and....Success! The lock works! (TriFlow)!

Now to install the door repair kit :)
Locksmith has blanks, so the spare gas cap will get a key as well. Will sell it to Ted .).)

Looks like it is already on Ted's car, judging by the blue.

Pebbles was in training as "junior gas cap inspector"
Temporary 66 KA gas cap is about as bad as the one you tried to sell Pebbbles.

Shiny! Mine's too far gone for that treatment, time to re-chrome.

After sitting quietly for over a year, Andy started easily and ran perfectly for 245 miles to nearly 6000' and back.
The oil was so clear and clean, that the gas cap inspector could not read the oil level lol.
A pint of coolant was added, vacuum hose secured, robbed a battery from another car, modified the new tie down to fit, and headed out.
7.5 hour drive ouch.

Did you notice any changes in response at 6000'? Thats so great to have it just sitting for a year and firing right up

Climbing to 6000' in a 1600 is always a b*itch with even light traffic. Speed limit changes 15-60. I try keep optimal momentum within a 3000-3250 rpm range, with little regard for the speed limit when possible
No noticeable changes. Bumper barely goldish
Gas cap inspector stated that the burn was clean.
K&N type air filter (recent service)
52 degrees of dwell
36 total degrees advance.
Ethanol free fuel
Seafoam fuel treatment.

Nearly 12000, miles so far. This has been a very good car.
