Now with it in POR15 and a long weekend it is starting to look like a car again
The fun of putting it together and not having to design and build every piece.
I'm trying some larger pictures so here goes.......

Looks great, but are you not afraid for tilting from the engine and that then the compressor site hits the inner fender.
on the original engine mounts my engine tilting about an inch at full throttle.
What kind of turbo did you use, a T28?

Pebbles, Hopefully today I'll be testing, but I'll try to keep the off my shoulder at first.....

Peter, Like the motorcycle the engine is solid mounted to the frame so I shouldn't have any movement. The Turbo is a KPA turbo, not sure on the size I'll ask tonight when Rick comes to tune. I do know it is a ceramic ball bearing and billet compressor wheel is all.

Notoptoy - yea it has been fun, a little long but the ride is still not over. I'm expecting to redo somethings, that's why I'm trying to get on the road before the snow flies up here. My biggest concern is no cushion in the drive system. In the sand world most cars use chains and combine that with slippage of the sand they don't need it. On the bike there is rubber in the rear wheel hub as well as a chain so I've been trying to wrap my pea brain around making a Guibo with my solid axle setup. Would be easy if I would have incorporated an IFS rear end, again hindsight 20/20.

Had my son Tyler make a quick video just to prove it went under her own power, he did a much better job than my cell phone videos She'll probably not see the road again until next year as I have to figure out the drive line problems first.
The front and rear drive lines fight each other real bad. Since the reverser is 1:1 in forward and a planetary reverse there is no way to make sure that they are clocked the same each time you move from reverse to forward. If they are clocked right or 90 degrees out the vibration is pretty bad at 50 mph but anywhere else you'll think something is coming apart. Also I need to figure out how to put a cushion in the drive train like a Guibo it bangs pretty good with each gear change unless you let the electronic shift upshift after 3k RPM. As it stands right now I have to get rid of the U-joints in the system and get ball and cage CV's in both front and back. Hopefully that will solve the vibration issue, but I still might visit putting the engine in rubber as well - that opens up another can of worms so not sure quite yet-.
Power? she'll have plenty Rick from OFT Racing and I quit at 3 lbs of boost as she started to pop the fuel pump fuse and this was only at 8500-9000 RPM. We basically quit tuning as I needed to address the drive train vibration but yea it was pretty fun while it lasted.....now back to work!
