Looks nice Shan't. Not easy getting up in there to replace them, right?

Can anyone of you guys give me some information about this rims ?
Appliance Wheel in the backside is saying: Japan 946L5-1 14x6 47.8

Thanks for helping me!

They are made to better than stock wheel specifications. Why are they not legal there? They are very nice.

Put the final coat of filler primer on my rollbar. I hope this thing is worth it. I've been sinking a lot of time into refinishing it.

Maybe you can barrow a set of factory rims for the MOT while you sort out which rims are approved in Germany.
Did they give you any idea as to the reason...i.e. Manufacturer not listed, not stock size......

Hi Phil,

thanks, the thing about the factory rims has been my idea, too.
The Appliance rim isn't listed here and hasn't got a Vehicle Type Approval for Germany.
I think the lady has gone over 30 years with these wheels, they should also take the next 20 years in order

And here I am before he told "no stamp with these rims"

Mario,
It should be simple enough to get a letter from a Nissan dealer stating that the Appliance rims, size 14X 6, were a standard dealer-option when the car was new. As long as the wheels are not cracked and you are using the proper Appliance-type wheel lug nuts, the wheel is safe.
I had those wheels on my car and liked them very much.
