Bummer! But glad you don't have big clumsy feet like me . This reminds me of a song lyrics :smt002 ... "I fought the wall and the wall won ... I fought the wall and the wall won"

My order from Younker Nissan arrived. Twisties, posties, and window wiper weatherstrip. Too bad they no longer sell the fuzzies.
66 stroker, almost done.
67 basket case, paint coming soon.

I started cleaning up my side trim to replace after the car is painted. All dents are hammered out. Now to start polishing. One is done and looks beautiful!!!

About to take roadster for a spin and this showed up:

I dismounted both rears from the Side-Pipe car and bolted them on mine.
The fender gap is real, even with a 5mm spacer!

This will get me to the shop for some new tires all around!

Hooked up the recently restored functioning map light & cigarette lighter, and rewired the radio.

Stumbled on this. You can see what this guy in Japan is doing to his roadster.

Yes, don't hurry fits I suppose.

On the other side there is: A little slow isn't it/he?

For myself I'm busy building harnesses instead of doing things to my car.

There's also another, tucked in the corner, looking pretty in color.. Busy busy..

At home I pulled the seats out so the carpet could completely dry. While I was under, noticed the tires were pretty happy after the track day this weekend..lol

Good day..

I haven't been at it in a few days. This evening I felt like doing something other than body repair so I crawled under and replaced the rubber flex brake line to the rear axle. I was prepared for a battle but it went better than the two front ones.

I installed some side window rubber wipers that I purchased at the meet in Mount Shasta last weekend.

My old side wipers kept doubling up on me when rolling the window up or down. The old ones were very thin on the wiper part and the inside gripper kept catching the window and pulling up.

The new ones needed some pinching of the slot before sliding them in from the back. slide, push, push about 1/4 inch at a time. After doing both sides my finger tips were about to blister up. I should have used some soap on them or something.

But they are in there good now. and all trimmed up to fit. They seem to work good so far.

Put up on jack stands so I work on brakes and re-pack front wheel bearings.

Well I straightened out my stirrups. Greased and greased and more greased,
Got my new springs in too. Got painted konis in with decals too.
finished the brake caliper install on passenger side after repaking wheel bearing there.

Having difficulty placing figures in line sorry about that,
seems similar to getting parts in correct

Installed all my tie rods with new urethane boots, packed wheel bearings with fresh red grease.
Installed my brake calipers torqued to 70 ft lbs. Filled my steering box with liquid grease.

I spilled a little of the liquid grease (it overflowed from the box without the top on) here is a
picture of the constancy of the "liquid gold" ... he he.

Think it is about 300 weight or so compared to 90 wt oil.
Thinking it will stop the weeping :D
