by the way, I read somewhere that there is a way to play bluetooth audio through the antenna. I have received a bunch more cracking noises through my radio, but so far no stations are coming in. Still I call this a victory. Can anybody recommend an FM modulator that plays through the antenna lead on the factory radio? I know these things exist. Just want to be sure I can find one that is small and out of the way.

By the way, I had no idea that when you inserted your key into the antenna on the outside of the car, it pops up like a spring. That is cool! :)

Are those Cocomat floor mats? They look great and appear to fit very well.

I have to admit, I was wondering how it was that a dash cap install had gone on for soooo many pages :) . But she looks freakin great! The mats are indeed very cool... I want some! Congrats on the results of all your efforts, it is really paying off.

yup, those are the cocomat genuine mats.

http://www.cocomats.com/

They gave me paper templates for the car and I verified they fit with a comment on where to put the rubber foot plate on the drivers side. So order with confidence, they have a very good template for our cars.

Seeing you have the wheel off start at the switch , my problem was there, the lL-R Nylon slides needed cleaning and lubing, get all the dust and crud out, like new now.. Cheers

I am happy to report, that I am finally DONE.

Thrilled to get to driver her again.

But no sooner did I take her for a joy ride, My Z, the pillar of reliability all of a sudden developed a Possessed fuel pump. I run a mallory electric low pressure pump on it, and instead of 2.5 psi at the gauge today it put out 18 psi. Fuel was spraying everywhere as webers do not like that. No idea how this kind of things happens.

New Nardi came in today.

Words cannot describe how good this looks and feels in the hand. Perfect installation and fitment.

I think this could be a contender for the best wheel ever for roadster (besides the stock one)

One more with bad lighting.

forgot the flash.
