Exhaust on the "wrong" side?

I had a link to a E motor here. I contacted the seller to let him know that it was listed wrong as a DE and that it came from a different year car than he listed. He sent me a nasty offensive e-mail. I suspect the motor is not in the condition as described in the listing. I would keep away from ebay seller vortechpwrdcrx.
