I've got the transmission in and wa hoping to get to the point to turn the key this past weekend, but it didn't happen. Didn't quite get there. Getting close though.
Of course, I've got another stupid question. The shifter is aligned about an inch behind the hole in the tunnel. I'd say is was about 3 inches behind where the five speed's shifter came up. Was this expected? Are there any considerations I should know about when making the tunnel modifications?
I've probably got one or two more stupid questions in me, but I'll stop here.
Does anyone remember the ESPN commercial for "Football School" where Chris Berman is teaching and says "Remember, there are no stupid questions, just stupid people who ask questions." I loved that. Use it every once in a while myself.
