Find that 1 3/8" 4-2-1 header that was made up a few years back and give that a go in a racing application.
Work on reducing reversion, either a 'anti-reversion chamber' in the exhaust shortly after the header, or a piece 'in' your header as mentioned
in a recent post/video....about 9th post down. Or both!

Are port 'tongues' attached to the header legal in SCCA?
If you aren't trying something new, you aren't going to beat the other guy....
